We are recruiting machines at the moment because we have another vacancy in our team for a Programme Officer!
The Programme Officer will be responsible for the coordination and overall management of our programmes, which we are now scaling to reach nearly 1,000 pupils per year nationwide. This will involve managing relationships with tutors, parents and clients as well as collecting qualitative and quantitative data to help measure the impact and build the success of the programme.
If you enjoy engaging your creative side, have exceptional people-skills and want to engage in strategy to contribute to the growth of a promising social enterprise, you will love working with us.
We are eager to hear from individuals with lived experience of educational inequality who may have valuable insight or skills to contribute to our mission. Representation and diversity matter at Tutors United. Therefore, we are strongly encouraging applications from groups that are underrepresented in the sector, including men, Black, and Asian people.
To find out more and apply please head to www.tutorsunited.org and again we wouild love it if you would share this post with your network or tag anyone who would be a great fit. But be quick as applications close on Sept 1st.

It's the first day of school for many children in Scotland today, or as we like to call it front door pictures day!
For some, it will be the first day of school ever. To those little ones heading off for the first time on a new adventure we wish you the very best of luck and no tears for mum and dad. Though we wont tell anyone if you do!

Our Family Learning Programme is designed to give parents the support they need.
Parents and carers will take part in our Super Saturday morning sessions every other week to share your experiences, learn the methods your child is learning at school, and receive top tips on how you can further support at home.
It's just another way for us to help you help your child to feel confident and engaged in learning.
Give us a shout if you'd like to find out more or check out our website for all the details

Our team recently met up and for some of us it was the first time meeting in real life and not on zoom which was amazing!
We took some time out to think about what we've achieved in this past year and planned out what we need to do to continue our work and make it even better in 2022 π
We have big plans for the next school year and we can't wait to share the next year with you.
