We had a super busy week last week, learning about different animals and animals that hibernate. We even had a hibernation day at nursery. We finished the week off with some delicious carrot cake flapjack.

It’s been a busy week learning and exploring at Blossoming Bees Childcare.

We have been learning about doctors and vets. The children explored how doctors can make us feel better. We also looked at how to take care of our pets and who to take them too when they are not feeling well.

We had special visitors in today! The children have been learning about about stranger danger and how to be safe. The children had great fun exploring the police van.

The children loved exploring our Pudsey themed activities, and our first ever bake sale was a great success!

We have been busy exploring and learning.

It’s been another super busy week learning and exploring.

Our first week back has been fantastic! The children have been super busy learning through play, investigating, problem solving and exploring.

This week we have been learning about mini beasts. The children had fun exploring our sensory trays and creating their own mini beasts.

It’s been a fantastic week learning about arctic animals! The children explored different sensory resources and enjoyed making penguins.

What a great week we have had learning through play, from ice painting to Vincent Van Gogh!

Today the children enjoyed exploring different textures and talking about snow.

We have had lots of fun learning about fire safety. We built our very own fire engine and even had a visit from the local firefighters.

Today we have been learning different nursery rhymes but our favourite is ‘Incy Wincy Spider’.

We had a great first day back today. It was lovely seeing all the children and parents. We are looking forward to a fantastic year!

Congratulations to the 2021 leavers. It’s been an incredible year for the children. They have worked super hard and have made phenomenal progress. It has been an absolute pleasure caring for your children.
