Charles Darwin was just 26 when HMS Beagle reached the Galápagos Islands. Over the next five weeks, he explored the islands, observed their extraordinary wildlife and collected specimens that would help shape ideas that changed how we understand the natural world.

In Darwin’s Trial, your child can step into that story.

They’ll travel back to 1835, explore the Galápagos, follow clues, solve problems and discover the science, geography and history woven through the adventure.

No worksheets. No memorising pages of facts.

We’ve playtested The Vault in schools, in homes and in-house for months, and the development never really stops.

We’d love to get more families involved as we keep testing and improving it.

No long reviews. No forms to fill in. Just let your child have a go, then tell us honestly what they thought... what they loved, what confused them, what they’d change, and whether they wanted to keep playing.

That feedback helps us make The Vault even better before we open the doors to everyone.

Schools in Scotland are already back, and most others are heading back this week or next.

Which means early alarms, packed lunches, missing PE kit… and getting everyone’s brain back into school mode. 😅

For some children, that switch happens pretty easily.

For others, getting excited about learning again can take a bit more work.

Making The Vault's curriculum work for every kid is one of our biggest goals, so playtesting with CENMAC was a great experience for us.

CENMAC supports children and young people who face barriers to learning, and the group gave us a resounding thumbs up.

Tyler said it best: "It's like playing a game but you're learning at the same time."

His mum's take? "I've never seen him so focused. I've never seen him so quiet. It's like he's a different child."

Moments like this are exactly why we build what we build. 💛
