For the past 18 months, Alice Rowsome (Alumni Promo 2012) has been filming and producing a documentary for Channel 4 Dispatches: 'Growing Up Poor: Britain's Breadline Kids'. It’s an intimate film that follows three children growing up in poverty across the UK. The film has received excellent reviews and is still available on Channel 4 On Demand. Forum des Carrières 2019

Le SAMEDI 30 NOVEMBRE 2019 aura lieu le FORUM DES CARRIERES du Lycée.

Tous les anciens élèves du lycée sont invités à venir partager leur experience d’étudiant ou professionnelle avec les lycéens !

Nous vous attendons au stand des anciens entre 9:15 et 13:00 au lycée, 35 Cromwell Road, London, SW7 2DG.

Vous pourrez rencontrer les jeunes de manière informelle et ainsi les aider dans leur orientation. Ce sera aussi pour vous l’occasion de retrouver d’autres anciens.

En espérant vous voir aussi nombreux que l’année dernière où les lycéens ont particulièrement apprécié ce moment privilégié entre ancien et futur ancien.

End of an era at the Lycée: after over 40 years of being our favourite sports teachers, these legends have (finally) retired!! Whatever your age or years at the Lycée, you have inevitably been graced by the knowledge and discipline of these legends! We wish them only the very best!!

Encore une belle soirée!

Merci à tous les anciens qui étaient présents au BBQ annuel ce samedi 1er Juin au Lycée !

More than 150 of us came back to their beloved alma mater to spend a delightful evening with their Lycée camarades, enjoying the amazing weather, great food prepared and delivered by Nicolas and his team in a bon-enfant atmosphere, aligned to the ‘amour and bienveillance’ moto of the Terminales who had their last Lycée day the day before. Such an enthusing alternative to watching Spurs get beaten by Liverpool in Spain….

A l’honneur were the young very well represented 2009 celebrating 10 years, the older and quite well represented also 1999 for their double-decade and a very small (but high quality) sample of 1989 and affiliated 30 years on, as well others such as one from 1982 and more !

The proviseur and his wife came to greet us, many teachers joined in, though among the absent were the sport teachers, who had perhaps opted to watch the game… Hopefully, these legends will be back next year.

The event is organised each year by the Comité des Anciens. Special thanks this year to Elizabeth Awit for leading and doing a lot of the heavy-lifting as well as Pauline Lautard also playing a key role and furthermore herding the 2009, as well as Laure Martineau for her consistent support.

RdV l’année prochaine avec les 2010, 2000 et 1990 et bien plus hopefully.

Venez-nous rejoindre pour la 6eme édition du tournoi de foot du Lycée organisé par des Anciens du Lycée. Rejoignez-nous ce samedi à Westway Sports & Fitness pour supporter les 12 équipes. Nous vous promettons une journée pleine d’activités et vous y reverrez même vos anciens camarades du Lycée.

Join us this Saturday from 1pm for the 6th edition of the Lycée football tournament organised by Lycée Alumni. Come support the 12 teams competing at Sports & Fitness for charity: we promise laughter, cakes, raffle prizes and we think you might even reconnect with some old school friends!

The French company Dronisos is looking to hire a graduand as Junior Marketing assistant. Dronisos is specialised in automatised drone shows mixing drones and dancers. They're working all around the world, notably at Disneyland in Paris for a superhero show, for big ceremonies like the Asian Games Opening ceremony, the Gulf Cup etc.
