Hot take 👇

For some ADHD brains, completely switching off is relaxing.

For others, a quick 10-minute check-in helps stop the brain creating a full Netflix drama about what’s happening back at work. 😂

Boundaries aren’t about following someone else’s rules.

They’re about understanding what works for your brain.

The question isn’t:
Should I check in?

It’s:
Why do I feel the need to check in?

That’s where the coaching happens.

What’s your holiday style: completely offline or occasional check-in? 👇

The guilt kicks in, doesn’t it?

You know what needs doing, but your brain won’t cooperate. The to-do list grows, your energy drops, and suddenly you’re questioning yourself instead of the task.

This is something we coach around all the time at NTA.

Because ADHD isn’t usually a lack of knowledge. It’s understanding what’s getting in the way of taking action.

Through coaching, we help people recognise the patterns behind procrastination, overwhelm, perfectionism and guilt, so they can move from self-criticism to self-awareness.

The goal isn’t to become more productive by being harder on yourself.

It’s learning how to work with your brain, not against it.

When you understand the why, you can finally change the how.

This is what ADHD coaches are trained to recognise.

Not just the behaviour people can see on the surface…
but what’s happening underneath it.

The exhaustion behind the procrastination.
The nervous system overload behind the irritability.
The years of masking behind the burnout.

Because ADHD burnout isn’t fixed by pushing harder.
It isn’t solved with another planner, another productivity hack, or more shame disguised as motivation.

It’s understood first.

That’s the difference.

Real ADHD coaching looks beyond “why can’t they just do it?” and starts asking:
What is this brain trying to manage?
What is this nervous system protecting?
What support is actually needed here?

When people feel understood properly, everything changes.

That’s why the world doesn’t just need more coaches.
It needs more coaches who truly understand ADHD.

I know social media is part of my work.
But somewhere along the way, it stopped feeling social and started feeling like my nervous system never got a day off.

What do you do to switch off and self regulate?

You don’t become an ADHD coach by giving advice.

You learn how the brain actually works.
Executive function. Nervous system. Hormones. Burnout.
What’s really going on beneath the behaviour people have been judged for their whole lives.

And then you learn how to coach it. Properly.

That’s the difference.

Doors close Friday.
If you’ve been watching this, this is the point you decide.

What our students say after the training is never really about the certificate.

It’s about what changes for them.

How they stop second guessing themselves in sessions.
How they finally understand why things weren’t working before.
How their clients start getting results they couldn’t create previously.

And the bit that catches most people off guard?

It changes them too.

Their confidence.
Their clarity.
The way they see ADHD and themselves.

That’s the difference between “adding a niche”…
and actually becoming someone who knows what they’re doing in this space.

We’re in the final week to join this cohort.

And our last live Q&A is this Wednesday.

If you’ve been watching, reading, thinking “maybe”…. this is your chance to actually ask the questions and see if it’s right for you.

ADHD brains don’t struggle with ideas.
We struggle with sustaining momentum once the dopamine dips.

That’s why ABC exists.

The ADHD Business Collective isn’t just content.
It’s body doubling to finish things.
Strategy to stop the overthinking.
Coaching to steady the spiral.
And a room full of people who get how your brain works.

This is where the conversation turns into traction.
Where ideas become income.
Where momentum becomes sustainable.

You don’t need more motivation.
You need the right environment.
