Congratulations to my client Maria on achieving her incredible weight-loss. It has been so special, because in my 23 year career as a Fitness Professional, I have never had a client approach me for Personal Training at the age of 73.
Over a period of 4 months Maria went from 74.75kg to 69.90kg a loss of 8.85kg. Fantastic!!!
The tears of joy and happiness she felt was very emotional for both of us. Which reminded me of all the reasons why I love what I do.

It’s been a longtime coming ! Finally started working today as a self-employed Personal Trainer at the Atherton Leisure Centre. It’s been 7 months since I was last there due to the Covid -19 lockdown restrictions. I want to thank everyone who has supported me through very difficult times. It certainly tested me mentally, in a way I have never experienced before. One thing I can say is the value of family and friends can never be measured. Always remember to count your blessings! To tell your loved ones how much they mean to you on a daily basis, as we don’t know what tomorrow may bring !

I am so happy to have done this Grate48 Stair climb challenge for the Rainbow Trust Charity. The £75,000 proceeds will provide a massive boost to Rainbow Trust, which supports over 2,000 families caring for a child with a life threatening or terminal illness. It costs £42,300 for a Family Support Worker to support a family at home, in hospital and in the community for one year, helping in whatever way they can to make life a little easier. Thanks again to everyone who donated and supported me. Couldn’t of done it without you !!!! ❤️

Grate48 is a one-of-a-kind event where the only way is up! Climb one of the most prominent features of London's skyline – the 'Cheesegrater' ! It was such an amazing experience from start to finish, with spectacular views of the city. The best part is doing it for such a worthy charity the Rainbow Trust, which helps support families with seriously ill children. Every step you take counts ! Thanks to everyone who sponsored and supported me. I did it !!!
