If you need 2 or 3 jobs just to survive, the system is broken.
Say it louder for the people at the back.
Not your discipline. Not your choices. Not your budgeting. The system.
3.7 million people in the UK work more than one job just to survive. The average salary is £35,000. The minimum needed to live comfortably is £45,000. 37% of adults have no savings at all. And wages have not kept pace with the cost of living for years.
This is not a personal failure. This is a structural one.
And on top of all of that, nobody taught you how to negotiate what you are worth. Nobody taught you how to make your money work beyond the month it arrives. Nobody taught you how to build the kind of network that actually opens doors. Nobody gave you the tools to build a life that makes sense financially.
The gap between what most people earn and what it actually costs to live is not closing. Which means the only way forward is to become the person who knows things the average person does not. Who earns more than one way. Who builds skills, not just a salary.
We cannot fix the system. But we are building something to make your journey through it significantly easier. Swipe through. And tell us in the comments which of the things on slide 4 you wish someone had taught you.
