Whilst it may still take some time for things to go back to “normal”, there have been some changes at the tuition centre that I wanted everyone to know about:

- All classrooms will be disinfected with uv-c light daily to kill any bacteria/virus.
- Parents will need to wait outside and not in the reception area when dropping off/collecting students.
- All students will have their temperature taken. Anyone with a temperature of 37.8 degrees or higher will not be able to attend.
- Hand sanitisers will be used in reception or hands washed upon entering.
- No stationery should be brought in or taken home. Equipment will be provided at the centre.
- Each student will sit at their own individual desk with maximum 4 students per class.
- Students should remain at their desks throughout the lesson and not share any equipment with each other.
- Classroom doors will remain open.
- Face masks will be handed out to students for them to wear during their time at the centre.
- Students will not be allowed to go out to local shops during break. Please bring snacks in a disposable plastic bag.
- Break times for each class will be at different times to stop students in different classes meeting.

Looking for a person(s) to hand out the tuition centres leaflets at local shopping centres and outside schools.

No experience necessary! Will need to be hard working, reliable and confident at approaching members of the general public. Will need a basic level of spoken and written English.

With politicians promising billions and billions of pounds of funding lately, just how large is the number one billion?

Imagine counting one number every second; it would take roughly(!) 11 days, 13 hours, 46 minutes and 40 seconds to count to one million!

So how long to count to one billion? 15 days? 20days? 100days? Counting one number every second it would take 31 years (yes years!) 41 weeks, 3 days, 1 hour, 46 minutes and 40 seconds!

Looking for qualified teachers who are available to teach for a minimum of 2hrs per week on weekday evenings or weekends. PGCE students and NQTs welcome.
