📌 📅 3rd - 4th June 2025 - Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and Counselling - 2 Day Workshop. In this introductory programme we aim to to provide an introduction to the basic theory and practice of Albert Ellis’s Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT).
Our trainer is Dr Stephen Palmer PhD CPsychol FAREBT Accred who is an Albert Ellis Institute, New York, Certified Supervisor for REBT. Stephen has been using REBT within his therapeutic and training practice for 30 years and has co-authored/edited books and articles with Dr Albert Ellis and Prof Windy Dryden.

The purpose of this short survey is to investigate the feelings and thoughts adults have about viewing or visualising the Horizon.
