My heart feels so uplifted by the positive impact had on the children when she visited this week. Her message of resilience and tenacity was in total alignment of our messaging. As I always say losses mean you learn and barriers mean you have have to work hard so you can break them 🫶🏾 Her losses gave her the fuel that made her an Olympian and to hear children says ‘Ahh that what happened to me,’ and ‘I know I’ll do better next time.’ Made the 4.30am get up and 100 miles drive back from a conference more than worthwhile. I truly believe she inspired a new generation of Champions yesterday, as we all know the children of St Joseph’s have the aptitude to go all the way to the top and are already local champions of many things 🤩🏅 And yes, as you can see, I was just as excited as the children. I will never forget shouting at the TV during Georgia’s last 100m at the Olympics last year. When she took bronze I felt apart of the victory. We discussed this moment before she left. When people underestimate you, victories are even sweeter. Thank you Georgia keep succeeding and inspiring us all 💙🤍❤️🙏🏾

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of not only meeting, but listening to the fabulously inspiring Grace Kelly talk about AI in education and all the work being undertaken at to make learning more accessible and innovative. Not only did I come away with great ideas (forever a learner), it was uplifting to see that such a wonderful lady was their Head of Digital Transformation! After a chat over lunch it was clear to see why Grace was the obvious choice. Additionally, the tech whizz himself .tijjani showcased how generative AI can be used to decrease workload and enhance the curriculum safely 💡🤩 I will definitely be more productive in future and who knows one day I may even have free time! Thank you to all the speakers for a motivational day of learning and reflection. I’m looking forward to collaborating in future👩🏾‍💻

Attended the Black teachers Conference & was ecstatic with Lewis Hamilton inspiring speech. Thanks Daniele Kebede for arranging & asking the questions that led to us all being uplifted, encouraged & refocused 🤗

Thank you to the caring teacher, who left this on my desk today 🥰 leadership during covid can be relentless (like it was today😅), but returning to find this in my office reminded my of my Why. Blessed to be a part of an amazing, nurturing team of practitioners
