Should you stay in a job you don’t like?

Before you decide, you need to ‘look at yourself in the mirror ‘, assess your situation and answer to yourself:

💭what is it that you are running away from? 💭

Is it just this company or the overall concept of this type of work?

I once faced a similar dilemma, it occupied all my thoughts with the negativity of my company and I no longer had the motivation to be the A* performer and go the extra mile for the firm.

If you are in this situation, it’s ok. When we start a job, we don't have all the information about the firm, we think that money and a nice name on a CV should make us happy but when we face toxic environment, long hours, unreasonable boss or no promotion, we start thinking to run somewhere else, anywhere else.

But are you sure that the same thing will not happen in your next firm?

So before you quit your job, firstly think, what is that you are running away from and how you will ensure that this same thing doesn't happen in the next company. But for sure, don’t stay in a place where you don’t feel valued and appreciated. You can do better!
