I have been fortunate to complete at a good level in a variation of sports which has given me exposure to lots of different methods to tap into and influence my sessions. The main aim of the sessions is to make sure they are enjoyable and effective, the first stage is to make sure the body works optimally making the sport of life more enjoyable, then attack the goals

Thank you everyone for your support, managed to get a total in after a through build up to this competition with niggling injuries.

Managed to get down to my goal weight for an upcoming competition and improved my health markers.
My body weight went up whilst studying for my masters, working full time, and trying to compete in Weightlifting.
Importantly, I took a steady route to fat loss and haven't lost a significant tamoubt of lean mass and have also improved my lifting performance (this is because I came out of l8fting maintaince)

I have taken the last year to develop my online coaching services. Lockdown showed me the importance of online coaching and how beneficial the product can be. I limited myself to working extensively with my client Pala in Sweden to develop my service and offerings. My client Barney is a beast. After getting a 3 hour pb on his spartan marathon race, we are back working hard in the gym.
We nailed his first muscle up and got 180kg x 3 deficit deadlift. 160kg RDLs 60kg on the power sn**ch and up to 83kg in the C&J.
