St Mary's is a Church of England secondary school founded in 1707, and is situated in the north west London suburb of Hendon.

Rationale for the school's closure, according to Barnet UNISON website: “St Mary’s has good teaching and some students achieve very well at the school however the school is not a popular choice for parents and in recent years the school has become undersubscribed. The school is reaching a point where it is no longer viable to continue.”
