Last week's "Dear Zoo" theme was such fun! We worked on our physical development by feeding the animals at the zoo, standing on tip toes to "feed" the giraffe or crouching down low for the hippo, we played with our messy play Zoo and all the animals from "Dear Zoo" in our role-play section!

Last week our Pop-Up class was all about our senses, we played with ice, sniffed pots of spices, played with musical instruments and created tactile pictures. Looking forward to this week's jungle theme!

Last week was all about transport. We had fun shooting cars down a bamboo pipe, playing with boats in water and driving motorbikes through paint!

Our theme was "On the Farm" this week. So much fun it doesn't feel like learning! We painted pigs with real mud, fed the cows real grass, counted animals and the 2-3 yr olds were introduced to the word "pig"!

Our Friday class is for 2-3 year olds and their parents/Carers. We start introducing literacy and communication at this level. A fun way to be prepared for preschool and school, learning through play!

Emergency! Emergency! This week's theme was "People Who Help Us" which ended up being mostly about firefighters. We put the 'fire out' using hand strengthening skills 🔥 , we dressed up as fire fighters, doctors and police and made our own 'fires' in art. 🔥 We still have spaces in our Tuesday and Friday morning classes.
