20 years ago we founded Kent Iyengar Yoga member group of Iyengar Yoga UK , join for only £17 per annum to receive Iyengar Yoga News and help promote Iyengar Yoga in the UK.

All of our lyegar Yoga districts work under the umbrella of the Iyengar Yoga Association of UK and Ireland.
Becoming a district member gives you the exact same benefits described below for our National Membership, and you are helping spread the method to all the corners of the nation, as well as supporting local mentorship. Plus discounts in each local workshop.

Jumping into Spring

As winter loosens its hold and the energy of spring begins to rise, our practice can shift too from grounding and steadiness to dynamic movement.
