Still feeling inspired after an amazing day at the Haberdashers’ Academies Trust South Youth Conference last week.

Nearly 400 students came together around this year’s Getting Active theme, filling the room with energy, movement and meaningful conversations about the physical, mental and social benefits of staying active.

Honoured to join a panel alongside two Olympic champions and a cricket coach, sharing perspectives.

A powerful reminder of the importance of creating space for young people to move, be heard, and show up as themselves.
