Moving from theory to practice. 🚀

I’ve spent the last few weeks diving deep into team dynamics and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for my Master's.

Instead of just reading the theory, I wanted to build things that actually work in the real world.

I’ve just finalized three new frameworks designed to drive real growth:
1️⃣ A Custom Observation Tool – built to capture clean, actionable feedback.(not a tick box)
2️⃣ A Learner Voice Tool – ensuring team feedback actually shapes development.
3️⃣ An Active-Listening CPD Lesson Plan – focusing on high-impact leadership conversations.
