Level 1 & 2 (beginners welcome) - Tuesdays - 7:15-8pm
£5 per class
£24 for a 6 week block (first of 2013 starts Tues 8th Jan)
* please wear suitable and supportive trainers, workout gear and bring plenty of water

Bokwa BEFORE and AFTER: Angie started Bokwa in January 2013. Angie has lost 1 stone 2.5 pounds since doing Bokwa, but has lost 4.5 stones in total. Congrats Angie!
Sad that Bokwa is over for the summer especially after a great (but very hot!) last class :(
Enjoy beers and icecream in the sun people... and then come work it all off again in October! Stay tuned...
