We are honored to welcome Mr Mark Voyger to the Advisory Council of the Forum for Foreign Relations. With a distinguished career spanning academia, military consultancy, and international relations, Mark brings extraordinary expertise in Eastern European, Balkan, and Middle Eastern politics, Russian foreign policy, and security studies. His academic leadership as Associate Professor at the American University Kyiv, alongside significant roles at the Center for European Policy Analysis, and previous advisory positions for the US Army Europe, underlines his profound impact on education, global security and diplomacy discussions.
