Engineer Graduates Engineer Graduates is the home of the 'Bridge Programme' Phase One is a paid internship in your first or second year.

Aimed at Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths students, the Bridge Programme is an internship that delivers all the benefits and experiences of a graduate programme whilst you are still at university. Phase Two is a paid fifteen month industrial placement during a sandwich year taken from university. Anyone passing Phase One is eiligible for a guaranteed job with one of our blue chip clients after university. Competition is fierce, with an expected 2,000 applicants next year for the 30 places. we promise to recruit on personality rather than 'right contacts.'

Our Hi-Vis Trust has been set up to provide mentoring for schoolchildren through out the UK and is a central part of the programme.
