"Apparition is a common term used by paranormal investigators to describe a sighting of what they believe to be a spirit. From seeing people before they die to a full-bodied apparition in period clothing, let's look at the different kinds of apparitions."

Apparitions have been reported by people across centuries, cultures, and continents. Remarkably, they all have the same common descriptions of what they have seen.

Some apparitions look completely solid, like a real person standing in front of you. Some only appear as a head, a hand, or a face reflected in glass. And some show up to a loved one in the exact hour someone is dying, states away, before anyone even gets the call.

Paranormal investigators have names for all of these different types, and most people have only ever heard of one.
