To actively support the development and the revenue generation of JobReality & Co, we are looking for a French Speaking Business development and community Manager.

Your Profile:

Are you currently enrolled in a Postgraduate degree such as PGD, MSc or MBA in International Marketing, Sales or Communication and looking for your final internship involving Personal development, Marketing and Sales management skills?

Are you keen to work in a fast paced and start up environment with exciting, challenging and rewarding mindset in the student coaching industry?
Then we want to hear from you.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Work closely with our CEO to elaborate Sales & Marketing strategies in order to implement it in the most efficient way.
- Benchmark the French speaking student coaching industry and make recommendation to adapt our service offerings
- Responsible for managing and handling communication in all our channels in and outside the organization including social media.
- Become our brand ambassador: Promote and increase our brand engagement toward our client target (Schools and Students) in the most creative and elaborate way offline and online.
- Attend networking event
- Increase our prospective client portfolio and update our data base in daily basis for both Students and schools/ universities.
- Handle prospection to introduce our coaching offerings to educational counsellor, student and generate business opportunities.
- Be the first point of contact for every coaching inquiry coming from institute of higher education or student via phone, emails and other digital platform. - Build and Maintain Relationship with Schools and students
- Lead qualification and business detection
- Create and maintain a comity of Jobrealitsitc

Skills Required

- Postgraduate studying Marketing / Sales/ Comms / Social Media or similar with a strong interest in personal development or psychology
- Personable and trustworthy individual able to communicate with Executives - Excellent and sophisticated presentation skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Good understanding of the latest Social Media and coaching trends
- Outstanding Self-starter and organizational skills
- Can do and entrepreneurial attitude
