Westminster Tutors Independent Sixth Form College

Westminster Tutors Independent Sixth Form College Westminster Tutors is a leading independent college in London known for its individual approach and superbly qualified teachers.

Established in 1934, Westminster Tutors is one of the oldest and most respected tutorial colleges in the country. We offer full A level and GCSE courses for our own students, as well as private tuition and revision courses for students from other schools. We are a small and very friendly private college and our students achieve excellent examination results in a wide range of subjects. Our greatest strength is that the education of each student is individually planned and our teaching is either one-to-one or in very small groups. When we ask our students what they like about Westminster Tutors, they tell it is the personal attention they receive from our teachers and the flexibility of our courses. At Westminster Tutors Independent Sixth Form College, we get great reviews:

'Both my children attended Westminster Tutors to sit their A level exams. The one- one weekly academic and pastoral sessions as well as the bespoke University application advisory service has been transformative academically and personally in my children's lives . My daughter won a place at Durham University followed by a year at the Courtauld Institute to take her Masters . My son is currently going through the University application process and he recently received an unconditional offer from the Boconni University in Milan . Thankyou WT for everything with a special thanks to Tom , our sons personal mentor'

Date 16th March 2016

'My son recently re-sat his Geography A Level at Westminster Tutors. We looked at several colleges but chose WT as there was a good balance of a friendly atmosphere, whilst at the same time being serious about getting the best possible grade.
We were delighted with his A level result and he got the place at his first choice of uni.
Thank you so much to Victoria, Virginia and Sean for your help and support!'

Art is everywhere at Westminster Tutors Independent Sixth Form College. The hallways and staircases look like the interior of a stately home but this is not an ‘arty’ college – pictures come from the personal collection of David Game, of the David Game Group – a consortium of private colleges

However, art classes can be part of a pupil’s bespoke curriculum if this is a subject they are interested in, and there is an in-house part-time art teacher/art historian who also teaches for the University of Arts London.

A level art, science and English tutorials often include lessons in the real world of art galleries, museums and lectures, the location helps with the sixth form college being in the hub of all things cultural.
