▪️Fitness Class Descriptions 💪🏼▪️

Daily Classes, Programmed and Structured by our Fitness Coaches

BUILD: Build a better you by training core elements of all our class types on one structured programme. Cover techniques spanning across use of the Barbell, Bodyweight Movements, Dumbbells, Kettlebells and Cardio Kit. Plus, really improve your conditioning with a great workout to finish off the class!

MOVE: Fast paced workouts that are high intensity and completed in a variety of time domains using dumbbells, kettlebells, body weight and cardio kit.

LIFT: Improve on skill and strength surrounding barbell movements, followed by a barbell weight workout to finish!
