~ AMENDED ONLINE PUBLIC CLASS TIMETABLE FROM THIS WEEK ~
Here we go for another week lovely people 😘 If you’re lucky (/unlucky?) classes might feature my newest assistant 🐕🙄😂
• Tuesdays 6:30pm flow yoga
• Wednesdays 8-8:45am wake up morning flow
• Thursdays 6:30pm flow yoga
• Fridays 8am vinyasa flow (book via )
• Fridays 6pm slow flow (our most beginner friendly class for any housemates/ partners who want to join in!)
• Saturdays 10:30am-11:45am flow yoga NEW 75min CLASS 🥳
All classes are 60 mins and bookable via the link in my bio unless specified. As always, if you are a freelancer/ small business/ worried about money at the moment/ NHS worker and would like to join class please comment below- I’ll help you out 💚

~ BACKSTAGE ~ When unknown to you the pup is joining in an online class from the sofa 🐕😂 Thank you to everyone that has joined me online over the past couple of weeks. It’s been so nice to still be able to see you all! Here are the answers to the questions you’ve been emailing me most often: 👉🏻 classes are broadcast via Zoom. You can create a free account with them at zoom.us 👉🏻 I’ll email you a link to class 10 mins before we’re due to start (it doesn’t arrive automatically when you book!) 👉🏻 If you have an injury or condition that might affect your ability to join class please message me for a quick chat before you book 👉🏻 Bookings for class close 30 mins before we start 👉🏻If you can’t make a class you’ve booked, cancel with at least an hour’s notice to get your credit back 👉🏻 If you’re a beginner try our slow flow classes (Fridays) or slow yoga (Sundays) before booking on to a flow class (Tues, Weds and Thurs) 👉🏻 Book your spot and see my expanded schedule here https://www.yogawitholivia.co.uk/classes 😎
Beyond the classes I’m running myself you can also book WFH yoga with me 8am Fridays via 3Tribes website, and I’m continuing my regular classes for the crews at Morris+Company and Depop. So see you all via video link soon! ❤️ Just to reiterate: if you’re worried about money right now and are feeling isolated or anxious (or just think doing some yoga would make you feel better) don’t deal with it on your own. ~ LIVE ONLINE CLASSES ~ Our studio classes are on an indefinite length hiatus 🦠😬 But in the meantime you can still practice with me online! Book your place as normal by visiting the 'classes -> LIVE' tab of my website. That page also gives you details on how we’ll link up. And since you’ll probably be at home the following are encouraged: 1️⃣ wearing pyjamas 2️⃣ housemates joining you 3️⃣ pets joining you 4️⃣ a duvet and pillow for relaxation at the end 😴 All you’ll need is your phone or laptop, and a mat if you want one (carpet yoga is also fine if you prefer!). Because I’ll be broadcasting from my home we’re not limited by studio availability like we normally are, so I’ve added a couple of extra classes. But if there’s anything else you’d like to see just send me a message or comment below to let me know! Maybe 45 mins lunchtime yoga to break up the day working at home? Morning practice to wake you up? Meditation? Evening classes a bit earlier or later...? My wish is your command people 👩🏻🦰👌🏼
