Bespoke Tuition

Bespoke Tuition We work with modern, globally mobile families seeking an alternative or supplemental education for their children.

We facilitate a single term abroad or a period of worldschooling via our elite team of Travel Tutors without compromising on academics. It is the personal nature of a small, focussed company that sets Bespoke Tuition apart. Tuition requests are often settled on the very same day of enquiry because we know our tutors well and can frequently provide a choice of tutors at short notice. A strong tutor-tutee relationship provides the foundation for successful private tuition so great care is taken on finding the right person. We intend to remain deliberately small and bespoke to ensure we remain efficient and sustainable. Detailed attention is given to each enquiry to ensure expectations are met. This is not a faceless directory; parents, students and tutors are actively encouraged to contact Emma as often as needed throughout the process. The company strives to provide a first class, personal service and regular communication is seen as a key means to achieving that goal.

A refined international placement for a highly capable EFL tutor 🇪🇸

We are seeking an experienced, intuitive English tutor for a fully immersive language placement in Pamplona, Spain.

Working with a business professional (engineer), this role is centred around real-world fluency — elevating confidence in conversation, nuance, and professional communication.

This is not classroom teaching.
This is precision, one-to-one impact in a real-life setting.

The brief:
• Adult learner (intermediate level)
• Focus on speaking & listening fluency
• Immersive approach (English-only environment preferred)
• Supporting confidence in professional and social conversations

The structure:
• Beginning of September → end of November
• 3 hours per day, Monday–Thursday (12 hours/week)
• Morning-based schedule
• Private Airbnb accommodation provided nearby

The lifestyle:
This role has scope to complement — not dominate — your schedule.
It would suit a tutor who:
• Maintains a portfolio of online clients
• Is studying, writing, or pursuing a parallel vocation
• Values flexibility, independence, and cultural immersion

The environment:
Pamplona offers a slower, more authentic Spanish rhythm — ideal for focused work, language immersion, and quality of life.

If you are an experienced EFL tutor with a natural ability to build fluency through conversation, confidence, and connection, we would love to hear from you.

We love this metaphor of one of our tutors being described as a unicorn.

Some of our most valued families come through quiet recommendations.

A conversation between friends.
A shared experience.
A moment where one parent says, “You have to try this.”

This is how Bespoke Tuition grows — not through advertising,
but through trust.

From life at sea to evenings filled with confident presentations and proud smiles, this is what happens when education is designed around the child.
Not standardised. Not rushed.
But thoughtful, personal, and exceptional.

✨ If you’re seeking a tutor who feels like the perfect fit, we would be delighted to help you find that unicorn!

In this video, our fabulous tutor Lucy reflects on the joy of being welcomed into families’ lives, building trust, and making a genuinely meaningful difference to each young person’s educational journey.
It’s more than teaching — it’s connection, impact, and the kind of work that stays with you long after the placement ends.
From one-month placements to full academic terms, from homeschooling in beautiful private homes to supporting students in international settings — this is what a career in travel tutoring can look like. And it’s lovely to hear from Lucy what a deeply rewarding journey that can be.

From classroom to completely customised.
There’s something powerful that happens when education becomes truly personal. No crowded classrooms. No rigid pacing. Just one student, one mentor, and the space to unlock real potential.
In this video, former school teacher-turned private tutor, Faizel, shares why stepping away from the traditional system transformed not only his career—but the impact he has on his students.
More connection.
More curiosity.
More meaningful progress.
Because when learning is tailored, students don’t just keep up… they come alive. ✨

What if your child’s education didn’t have to fit into a fixed system… but could move with your life?
At Bespoke Tuition, we work with a limited number of globally-minded, discerning families who embrace the world as the ultimate classroom 🌍
Six customisable pathways all centre on a simple philosophy: education should adapt seamlessly to modern family life, not the reverse.
Since 2010, our hand-selected private tutors have supported students across 50+ countries and all 7 continents—delivering an education that is as dynamic, refined, and as individual as the families we serve.
We deliver an experience defined by discretion, precision, and genuine personalisation.
✨ Worldschooling, reimagined
Learning becomes immersive, experience-led, and rooted in each destination—whether that’s exploring history in Rome, marine biology in the Maldives, or culture in Oman.
✨ Fully personalised homeschooling
For families in one location, we design tailored programmes that adapt entirely to your child—whether as a supplement or a complete alternative to school.
✨ Global school access
Through trusted relationships with exceptional schools worldwide, we open doors to flexi-schooling and single term placements abroad with international schools that don’t normally offer short-term enrolment.
✨ Travel tutors, on demand
From half-term escapes to extended journeys, we carefully match tutors to each child’s needs—ensuring continuity, inspiration, and academic excellence wherever you go.
This is where academic excellence meets family freedom.
Because the future belongs to children who can think critically, communicate confidently, and adapt effortlessly—and their education should reflect that.
📩 If you’re ready to redefine what education looks like for your family, and nurture a learning enthusiast, get in touch.

What does life look like as a worldschooling tutor? 🌍✨

Thank you Ella for giving us a little window into your current role with one of our clients aboard a ship touring the globe.

It’s not just teaching… it’s travelling alongside a family, adapting learning to new environments, and bouncing lesson content off the natural world and each new setting.

From volcano vistas to coastal mornings, from cultural immersion to quiet moments of curiosity — no two days ever look the same.

This is education without walls.
This is teaching reimagined.

For the right tutor, it’s more than a role… it’s a way of life.

For years, we’re told that education has to look one way.
One place. One system. One path.
But what if it didn’t?

This term, we swapped classrooms for coastlines, routines for exploration and predictable structure for something far more meaningful.
And what we discovered…
was that learning didn’t fall behind —
it deepened.
More curiosity.
More connection.
More real-world understanding.

This is what we’re building with Roamschool.
A way for families to experience the world without compromising their child’s education. Bespoke Tuition has partnered with an exclusive group of schools all over the world who will accept our private students for as little as two months.

Switzerland. Brazil. Italy. Kenya. Argentina. Costa Rica. New Zealand. Portugal and more.

One term could change everything.
Would you ever consider it?

Flexischooling gives children the freedom to learn in a way that truly works for them — blending the structure of school with the richness of real-world experiences.
One day they’re in the classroom…
The next, they’re exploring museums, building businesses, coding apps, or learning in nature 🌿
The school week is literally divided between some days at school, and some at home (by arrangement with the student’s school).
It’s not about doing less school.
It’s not one-size-fits-all — and that’s the beauty of it.
It isn’t about stepping away from education —
it’s about stepping towards a more personalised one.
Flexischooling can be a powerful option for families who:
✨ Have children who feel constrained by traditional schooling
✨ Want more time to nurture a child’s passion — whether that’s sport, the arts, or entrepreneurship
✨ Travel frequently or live in a remote location 🌍
✨ Value real-world learning just as much as academic success
✨ Have children who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disengaged in full-time school
✨ Simply feel there could be another way to do education
It’s about doing more meaningful learning.
Because when children have space to follow their curiosity, confidence grows.
Creativity thrives.
And learning becomes something they love, not just something they do.
Bespoke Tuition has supported many families living in remote locations with flexischooling, from safari reserves deep in the African bush to the wilds of the Scottish Highlands. DM us for more info.
