Nelson Goals was to put on muscle with minimal fat gain. We Reverse dieted and choose a hybrid of 5-14% increases on weekly kcls.

Week 1: 82 kg avg kcls per day 2450kcls

Week 16: 89kg avg kcls per day 4800kcls

Circumference week 1 - 16

Waist: 35.5 inch - 33 inch
Bicep: 14.5 inch - 17.0 inch
Chest: 40 inch - 44 inch
Quads/hamstring: 20 inch - 23 inch

Fat %

Week 1 - 21%

Week 16 - 17.0%
