It was great to see so many staff and student alumni catching up at our original school campus, the Dwight Franklin International School, now the WM College at Crowndale Road, north London. Everyone was so happy to see each other after such a long time and we loved hosting this special event!
Thank you to WM College for all your help and to London Basque Kitchen for the delicious fare.

Our 2024 Alumni Reunion was a wonderful evening, and it was brilliant to see many of our alumni at the event, as well as current staff members catching up with former colleagues and students. We all enjoyed the delicious ISL catering, fantastic music from Joseph Marshall and his band, yearbooks to reminisce through, a tour of the school, and live interviews with ISL's own Fox Media team (stay tuned for more!) Our appreciation and thanks to everyone who attended, from longstanding alumni to those who have recently graduated...we all share the special bond of the ISL community.

The recent alumni event with former International School of London students was an incredible success. It was an opportunity for alumni from different years to reunite and reconnect with each other and the school. The atmosphere was electric, with old friends catching up, sharing stories, and reminiscing about their time at the ISL. The event was a testament to the enduring bonds that the school fosters between its alumni.

10 Surprising Reasons Why Your Executive Transition Is Likely To Derail And What To Do About It
Monday 26 April | 17:30 - 19:00
Delivered by Navid Nazemian, Executive Transition Coach, PCC (ICF)
Pre-covid research proves that executive transitions are tricky with ca. 40% of executive transitions failing during the first 18-24 months. New executives often require six+ months to breakeven productivity levels. The global pandemic has further intensified the risk of a rocky start, so executive transitions are even more challenging now. Together we will explore proven de-risking strategies as well as powerful and practical interventions to enable executives to hit the ground running and accelerate value creation for their organisation.
Navid Nazemian helps leaders successfully transition into new roles through maximising their leadership impact, build high performing teams and create admired organisations. Navid is an unparalleled expert and thought leader in executive transitions, having lived and successfully worked in five countries across six sectors and working with C-level leaders on the same as a Coach. He brings to the table an eclectic background that spans over 20 years of HR experience in some of the world's most admired organisations at country, regional and global leadership level, in both emerging and developed markets.
