It has been a while since you heard from me. I'm posting a photo of contemplation. It is me at the beach of North East England facing the North Sea. One of my friends got inspired by this view and took it. He took it because he could relate to the greatness of the moment. I was embracing the awareness of the moment that I could not have imagined a year ago. The moment of realization is the moment of creation. It makes one decide to stay or to embrace the change. There is no wrong choice. It is accepting the choice as the best one could make in a given moment. Trust yourself.

On this day, International Women's Day, I often think of this event and how far we got, as a society, recognising the strengths of both genders. To me, showing how great women are in what we do, especially in sports, we empower many women and give them hope. At the same time, we demonstrate how teamwork with the men brings extraordinary results. I also want to thank the gentlemen in our society who foster mutual recognition and respect.
