"Agents speak: What they wish universities would do” heard agents open up about university partnerships in which they feel they’re not treated as equals, and what partners can do to make these relationships more productive.

There was a consensus among agents of the need to tackle payment delays and close the communication gap between university international offices and finance teams.

According to Bimpe Femi-Oyewo, some universities are not in touch with what’s happening on the ground. There has been a devaluation of many African currencies, but some partners are not taking this context into account when setting targets.
