There was a consensus among agents of the need to tackle payment delays and close the communication gap between university international offices and finance teams.

According to Bimpe Femi-Oyewo, some universities are not in touch with what’s happening on the ground. There has been a devaluation of many African currencies, but some partners are not taking this context into account when setting targets.
