I'll be wearing my green with pride, representing my half Irish heritage.

My kids will wear their badges to school too.

Growing up, St.Patricks Day was a huge part of my life. The Irish Festival, dances with my Nan. I loved it.

Wish it was celebrated as widely as it used to be. It provided such Happy memories. 😊

I hear alot being thrown around!

I'm not fit enough to go to the gym.

I'm a woman, I can't lift weights! I'll end up looking like a man.

I'm far too old to start exercising now.

Only youngsters go to the gym.

And so many more.

Stop ✋️ None of them are true!

They are just false, negative thoughts imprinted in your mind. Take them out and chuck them away now!!
