The delightfully informative and entertaining adult education tutor, Dr Sarah James, will be offering a new evening class at the Horsebridge Centre fom 14 January exploring Modern Art. The Story of Modern Art :: The Horsebridge This course offers an insightful journey through the evolution of modern art, beginning with the Impressionists in the 1860s and culminating with mid-twentieth-century movements.

Alright folks. Bit of a random one, but I'm Sarah James and I've been asked to organise a new evening class at the Horsebridge Arts Centre in Whitstable on modern art, starting in January. Before you run for the hills – no, you don't need to know anything about art. At all. It's strictly for beginners. The plan is to keep it informal, have a bit of a laugh, but also learn what modern art is all about. If you're even slightly tempted, look at the enrolment site.
