If I Had to Start Over, Here’s What I’d Do Differently! 🛠️✨
Trying to optimize every part of my exercise, nutrition, and recovery was my greatest roadblock.
The truth is, consistency is more powerful than any hack, single exercise, or diet.
Do the simple things consistently:
✅ Move every day.
✅ Get awesome at squats, lunges, deadlifts, jumping, and bouncing.
✅ Eat like an adult.
✅ Get to bed and go to sleep.
✅ Value rest with friends and family.

✨ Intention: What’s your intention today? Get those reps in!
⏱️ Focus: Maximise your your time. I have 30 mins, How many sets can you do?
🎉 Acknowledge the result: I trained, I did 12 sets, I put X on my squat Rep Max. Progress is progress!
