Friends! We are still accepting submissions for SPYFLIX, a new festival channel focused on the oldest narrative device of all - secrets!
Our regular Deadline is today, January 31st, and the late Deadline for submissions is February 28th.
SPYFLIX will debut in April, showcasing stories from classic espionage and hacking adventures to thrillers, investigative documentaries, true crime, detective stories and intriguing tales of closely guarded secrets.
Leading talent from the entertainment and intelligence communities will select winners in three initial categories: features, shorts, and series.
Our Guest Judges and Advisory Board members represent some of the genre’s greatest works, including Homeland, Hunters, Joker, The Matrix 4, The Blacklist, A Most Wanted Man, The Americans, The Night Manager, and A Call to Spy.
Winners will receive awards and cash prizes.

Filmaholic Foundation invites the film makers to submit your short films to the Prestigoius Second Year of Karnataka Youth International Short Film Festival
and the selected films will be screened at theater/auditorium in Dharwad there are multiple awards to be won

Guidelines
Entries to the Film Festival:
There is no registration fee and submission is free
The Film maker must share his age details
All keys roles of technical department in the movie (Director, Writer, Cinematographer, Editor) MUST be aged between 10-30 years as of 31st 2020 December in order to be eligible for the film festival. Actors can be over 30 years.
Send Three high-resolution making stills (on location) and 1 poster of the film to

Send high-resolution passport size photograph of the keys roles of technical department to

Students must send their respective college ID proof to
[email protected] for qualifying under the student category of films
Rules
Films must be for students and youths of all ages.
The duration of short film must be between 1>20 minutes including credits (starting and ending credits).
Films should have no explicit violence, sexual reference or coarse/obscene language and not be against any religious faiths.
Films must have been completed between 1st Jan 2019 to 31st December 2020
Entries will be subject to preview by a Jury panel constituted by this Festival. Jury panel consists of experienced Directors, producers, Music composers and Actors from Film and television Industry.
Films will normally be screened in their original language/version. In case of language other than Kannada or English the film must have subtitles in Kannada or English language. In case any film is submitted without subtitles, it will be ineligible for selection.
Submissions will not be accepted without the entry form(s).
Due to the amount of films we receive, only the top scoring films will go through into the competition
The organizers of the festival reserve the right to make changes in the screening schedule of films.
The selected films will be screened on the festival day subject to the available time duration.
Final shortlisted participants will be informed through phone call/E mail or will be announced in our website. Only the filmmakers who make it to the official selection of the festival will be notified about selection at the end of the selection process through phone call / E mail or will be announced in our website. No information will be divulged before that.
Jury decision will be the final to shortlist the movie and will be confidential. Decision cannot be challenged.
We accept film in these categories, Action, Fiction, Animation, Comedy, Drama, Horror/Sci-Fi, web-series and Musical. No documentary films are accepted.
Submissions received after final date will not be included in the competition.
If you are using another person’s music in your film, please make sure you have their permission to do so. If you do not have an artists’ permission or have not made your own music or sourced copyright free material, your film will not be eligible for the competition.
All prizes must be claimed within three months of receiving the notification via email, after which you will be deemed to have forfeited your prize.
The festival will not provide feedback on films or specific reasons for rejection for any film.
Try to upload HD form of the film so that we don't have to ask you again for the film. Give permission to download the movies.
All short films must be submitted in “Digital format” (.mpeg4, .Mov, .avi, .mpg).
Dubbed versions of films from other languages are not eligible for submission.
In the web-series category at least 3 episodes must be completed and released for public viewing before the submission and the best episode can be uploaded for the competition.
The films submitted to earlier Film Festivals organized by Filmaholic Foundation will not be qualified for selection.

We are ARTE.tv, the European cultural channel, which now also broadcasts in Spanish, Italian, Polish and English.
We’re reaching out to you because we have organized the ARTEKino Festival 2020 and we are giving ten young people the opportunity to be part of a jury of young judges.
Ten European independent film movies will be broadcasted from 1st to 31st December, from which there will be a winning film chosen by this “jury jeune”.

OPEN CALL FOR ENTRIES - Sassy Shorts
The Sassy Show is now accepting short films to be screened on The S° Rated Video Channel.
Here you can find more information about our Call for Entry.
– We welcome fictions, narratives, documentaries, animation, music videos, teasers and experimental films.
– Short films should not exceed the 8-minute mark.
– Short films must focus on at least one of the following themes: body image, sexuality, the menstrual cycle.
– Deadline is midnight on 1st November 2020.
– We will only accept films made by a female-identifying cast and crew (including post-production) and warmly encourage members of the LGBTQ+ community to participate.

It's London’s only official Eco Film Festival is taking place at Rich Mix, Shoreditch on the 2nd and 3rd of November, and it is going to be incredible.
