Mee Goreng Mamak: famous street food fried noodles, created by Indian Muslim (Mamak) vendors in Malaysia and Singapore. It is typically spicier, incorporates tomato ketchup and curry powder.

Core Ingredients
🍜 Noodles: wheat noodles (though instant ramen-style blocks are also popular at home).
🫗 Sauce: A savory, sweet, and tangy blend anchored by kecap manis (sweet soy sauce), regular soy sauce, garlic, lime, Malaysian curry powder and chili.
🍗 Proteins: fried tofu, mock chicken

What the Dish Is
