What an afternoon!

We had an absolute blast hosting from along with his amazing clients & colleagues for a corporate cooking experience to remember!

From stirring spices to plating up incredible dishes, the energy was high, the food was fire, and the laughter non-stop.

We also got to see the competitive side of everyone too once they knew prizes for best team and best plating design!

We started this academy over a year ago with a shoestring budget but with massive passions and missions and now we run classes at two sites in central London - ACA at Edgware Road ( ) and Elephant & Castle ().

We create fun, informative and hands-on cookery classes and this was beautifully captured by our talented photographer friend, Katya for the Malaysian Seafood Class, our third event at E&C, London.
Our next ‘one hour’ fast & fun classes at are on 21 May & 24 June.

🎉 The Asian Cooking Academy Turns 1! 🎉
What a journey it has been!
The Asian Cooking Academy the brainchild of Norman Musa, who then had a chance meeting with Rak Patel. They then partnered to make it a reality! (This is the short version of the story…)

One year on, we’ve had sold-out masterclasses, incredible students, and countless memories made over food.

From sharing authentic Indian and Malaysian recipes to passing on generations of tips & tricks, this has been a year of learning, laughter, and delicious moments.
