We're looking for someone who knows the world of childminding inside out to join us on a freelance basis. 🌟
You'll be speaking to people who are curious about becoming a childminder, answering their questions, sharing your experience honestly, and helping them decide if it's the right path for them.
The role:
📅 3-month contract starting August (with potential to extend)
💻 Hybrid/remote role
🕘 Monday to Thursday, 9am–6pm (32 hours per week) If doesn’t exactly work for you, please still feel free to apply as we can be flexible
💰 £18 per hour + bonus scheme (hit your targets and earn up to 50% more!)
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a childminder/in early years
- Is a natural in conversation and loves helping others
- Is organised, motivated and passionate about early years

Caring for children and supporting families is one of the most rewarding things you can do. But it comes with responsibility, and it's easy to forget that you need looking after too.
This Mental Health Awareness Week, we want to remind every childminder in our community: you can't pour from an empty cup.
Taking time for your own wellbeing means you will not only feel better, but you'll be better placed to provide the very best care for the children in your setting.
Start small. Step outside at lunchtime, text another childminder when something feels hard.
You give so much. Make sure some of that goes back to you too 💜
