CQB (Close Quarters Battle) mainly for inside the building and cleaning rooms.

We have been seeing a lot of what looks like crazy aggressive CQB room entry videos from other Facebook posts depicting shooting round blind corners and shooting anything that is just cover and not barricade and shooting anything that moves.
Of course there are different methods of entry and room clear depending on what the mission objectives are.


This got us thinking of how we can mediate between the arguments on other organisations FB post comments.

The biggest conceptual difference between what we have been mostly watching on posts like Project Geko and some of the post we have published where they are showcasing stacking, slow and silent entry etc.. this would normally be a mission objective that lends itself to a hostage rescue which is fundamentally a life-preservation mission. Every decision is influenced by the presence of innocent people whose safety is the overriding concern, rapid decision-making under uncertainty, discrimination between hostages and captors, communication, intelligence integration, and medical preparedness.
Building clearance: teamwork, communication, navigation in complex structures, situational awareness, threat identification, discipline, and coordination with supporting elements.
Reality of modern operations.

Now the posts that showcases aggression, speed and violence is called a deliberate clearance of a hostile-held building is primarily a security and control mission. The goal is to establish control of the structure, identify and deal with threats lawfully, and ensure the area is secure.
In Ukraine we would indeed train this method as we know anyone in that building would be a hostile or casualty of war.
There is no time to sneak around or hope to clear 90% of the room before entry. This is full hard clear before going fully in. This means shooting through any walls that will allow your round to go through, shooting around corners blind on the final 10% you can't see.. total carnage making sure the room is cleared as much as possible before all entering.

Both methods and both correct..

We are looking for a team valet to support an *Olympic Committee Asian Games Equestrian team*.

*The role will include but is not limited to:*
1. Travelling ahead of the team to check hotels and accommodation.
2. Insuring safe transport of baggage to and from locations around the EU and Japan.
3. Domestic tasks such as organising laundry, checking kit, organising meals in transit.
4. Generally assisting the team with food, accommodation, transport and travel.

The base of operations will be Northern Europe. Some time in Japan. May include other travel.

*Requirements:*
- UK or EU passport
- Good command of English

Location is our Canary Wharf Academy for the Executive Protection session, and then we move to the Kent Academy for the Surveillance Training.
