Drawing on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), we've got a series of pre-recorded workshops that'll help you find solutions to challenges such as low mood, worry, perfectionism and assertiveness. How can we learn, work and collaborate remotely during COVID-19, all while feeling connected to UCL? Two research students are collating information on this. Let them know about the tools and platforms you have been using so far.

The results of this survey will be used to curate a toolset to serve students and staff at UCL better.

The survey usually takes around 15-20 minutes to complete, and your responses are anonymous.

When you complete the survey, you'll have the option to enter a prize draw for one of 7 monetary vouchers (one £100 voucher OR one of six £50 vouchers).
