Summer is here!!!

I hope this message finds you well. What a month of May it's been! We've blessed with sunshine in our hearts and soul as much as in the weather.
Last month Tea and Gong was phenomenal and I am so grateful to all of you that joined to make it so special. We ended up doing a healing circle where everyone received what they needed. Quite magical!🍃🌸🫖

This month, join us on Monday June 15th 2026 at 18:30.

As always I will serve tea in a meditative ceremonial manner inspired by the Cha Dao tradition.

Then I'll channel shamanic sound and chants followed by a Gong bath.
This event will last about 2 hours.
It will be held at Alchemy Space in West Hampstead.

There will be spaces at the back for people wishing to attend without drinking tea.

Next Tea & Good will be on Monday July 13th, save the date.

Wow ! What a month it's been so far. Definitely living my life to the fullest ☺️
* French holiday to see friends and family, travelling to Burgundy, Limousin, Lyon and Paris
* Family réunions, BBQ, picnics, open mic night and lots of laughters
*Getting better at knitting with all the new babies in the family
* Matisse exhibition at the Grand Palais
* Stroll in Chelsea for the flower show

I hope this message finds you well. I hope you've let the sunshine enter your hearts and brighten up your souls as spring has definitely set the tone to all the powerful energetic and planetary changes we are about to experience.

Last month Tea ceremony was absolutely beautiful. We started to explore the tasteful vibrancy of Oolong Teas. We then drummed together, before the Shamanic sound bath. That was amazing. Let's get together and create some magic again🍃🌸🫖

Took myself on a date at Kew today! Such a beautiful, soothing afternoon... Reconnecting with ex colleagues, witnessing Spring in full bloom, foxes and squirrels fooling around! Feeling lucky and blessed, aware that many don't have the luxury of self care right now!

It's been quite an energetic rollercoaster these last few weeks! 

What better than a soothing Tea & Gong to help us realign! Join us on Friday March 27th 2026 at 18:30.

As always I will serve tea in a meditative ceremonial manner inspired by the Cha Dao tradition.

Then I'll channel shamanic sound and chants followed by a Gong bath.

This event will last 2 hours. 

It will be held at Alchemy Space in West Hampstead.

There will be spaces at the back for people wishing to attend without drinking tea.

I will also be hosting a Solstice Day Retreat on Sunday March 22nd, from 11am to 4pm.

This retreat is called Cosmic Heart 💜 

It will be a wonderful opportunity to rest and reset, to nurture the heart, soul and womb connection.

There will be sacred cacao, a crystal cave meditation, intuitive movement and breathwork and Sound bath.

It will truly be magical.

Open to both men and women.
