Method is a pilates-based workout specifically for women’s bodies, emphasizing long, lean limbs, flat, taught tummies and lifted, tight tushes. All exercises keep the basic pilates principles in mind, but push them a step or two further for maximum effect. Method works small muscle groups, and focuses on eccentric movements where muscles work in their most lengthened position, creating a longer, leaner muscle structure.
