Follow along as Emmet Bishop shows us his HIIT push and pull workout integrating the Power Plate REV and MOVE. When switching to the REV between exercises, set it to 80 - 100 RPM at level 3 resistance with vibration on and cycle for 1 minute.🚲

Each MOVEment is 30 secs:
💪 Incline Fly
💧 High Row
💪 Middle Chest Fly
🔥 Low Row
💪 Decline Fly
💧 Palms Up\Palm Down Tricep Extension
💪 Reverse\Regular Curl

Do you need a quick HIIT workout? Power Plate Master Trainer, Steve Powell has you covered with his workout involving the Power Plate REV and MOVE. The sets start with 3 minutes on the REV, followed by a core circuit with your Power Plate MOVE set to 35Hz Low.

REV: 🚲 Start by spending 20 seconds on the REV with the vibration on, followed by 10 seconds of recovery, and repeat this for 3 minutes.

Then switch over to your MOVE:
💪 Dynamic plank with shoulder touches (30 seconds)
🦵 Single-leg glute bridge (30 seconds)
🤸‍♂️ Side plank (30 seconds)
⌚ Repeating the entire circuit 2-3 rounds.

For the month of June, we wanted to show how Power Plate can help you achieve your fitness and health goals. Studies have shown that with Power Plate, perimenopausal and postmenopausal women found a 60% increase in muscle strength and a 1.5% increase in bone density. This increases balance, decreasing the chances of fall-related injuries, and allows for a more active and injury-free life. Some Power Plate exercises we recommend are squatting in a static hold, staggered squat, and bent-over row with straps. 🦵 Read the full study using the link in our bio.

Joint aches and pains are natural as we age. Thankfully, Power Plate can help relieve some of that pain with different exercises and whole body vibration. Watch as Caroline and Laura take us through a few exercises you can do using Power Plate to relieve joint aches and pain.

🦵-Single leg reach and stretch (eases tightness in the sacroiliac joint).

💪-Hip flexor stretch (reduces tight hip flexors and lower back).

🩸-Squat (increase circulation and lymph flow).
