The perfect city break in beautiful staying in my Papa's beautiful apartment πŸ₯°

Honing in on my pool skills (and beating my Dad 🀣), trying to teach myself to DJ (its harder than it looks πŸ˜…), finding the perfect angle to take a pic of my side pattern, good food and wine, and mooching about the old town.

The perfect activity holiday for adult ADHD 🀣 I haven't felt bored once and my creativity and lust for learning has returned 😝 πŸ’‘πŸ“š

Latvia here I come! 😝 This break is sooo needed!

5 things I thought were completely normal before my ADHD diagnosis 🀣
Do you resonate with any of them?

Keep on keeping on. Keep reinventing yourself! 🌟

Every time you get back up, you're a stronger and more resilient person. And if you look back at your life and cringe or wish you'd made different choices, that's just growth. If you were the same person you were back then, there would be no cringing and no regrets.

Take that power and use it to propel yourself forward πŸ™ŒπŸ½β€οΈπŸŒŸπŸ™πŸ½

This video is for any women out there experiencing premature hair loss. Many GPs will say it's completely normal and there is nothing they can do to help but I've managed to find something that is working for me and wanted to share it in case it can help someone else πŸ™ŒπŸ½

Pro-biotics can also help with decreasing anxiety and overall gut health so it's a double win! πŸ˜†

Just because the sun is shining doesn't mean everyone is back to their sunny selves, so wherever you're at today is all good. πŸ™ŒπŸ½ 🌞

I still add having a shower to my daily to-do list when I do my mind map every morning for this very reason. There was a time in my life when getting up and having a shower was progress, so it's a daily reminder of how far I've come. πŸ‘πŸ½

Its also a good reminder each day of why I invest my time in the strategies that keep my mind and body healthy πŸ₯—πŸ§˜πŸΎβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺ🏽

Winner, winner, chicken dinner πŸ˜†πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ₯³

On Wednesday night, I had the honour of receiving a Rising Star leadership award in recognition of my work in the Digital Education space over the last 12 months. πŸ†

Receiving this award couldn't have come at a better time as I've really been struggling with my ADHD symptoms lately. (Will post more about this in future posts). πŸ™πŸ½

Having undiagnosed ADHD for me has meant that I have spent most of my life focusing on my challenges and overlooking my wins. Winning this award has reminded me of just how much I can achieve when I lean into the strengths my ADHD brings, and when I'm implementing the strategies I know can help me to harness those strengths! πŸ’ͺ🏽

The prize for being shortlisted included the 3 day conference, accommodation and all the celebration dinners. Which meant I also got a well needed break by the sea, which helps regulate your nervous system and lower stress levels, double win! πŸ˜ŠπŸ™πŸ½ 🌊
