When all is said and done helping your clients achieve their goals is what’ll help 𝘆𝗼𝘂 achieve 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀! 💖 ⁣
⁣
Before I entered the hair extension industry, I had a background of working with people and meeting their expectations that I was able to implement into my business. ⁣Learning how to manage client expectations on a day to day basis as well as evolving along the way is what got me to where I needed to be 💯
⁣
People skills and customer service is central to sustaining 𝗔𝗡𝗬 type of business! With 100s of people doing the same thing, clients can choose anyone, let it be you they pick because of who 𝘆𝗼𝘂 are and how you make them feel 💕⁣

Let’s talk 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 🪡⁣
⁣
Maintaining your clients hair extensions is just as important of the first fitting itself and is what will keep your client coming back 🙋🏻‍♀️⁣
⁣
If the extensions are installed correctly with care and aftercare is followed, the follow up 8 weeks later should look something like this 👆🏽 ⁣
⁣ ⁣
•𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦⁣
•𝘖𝘶𝘵𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘯𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘭𝘺⁣
•𝘕𝘰 𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘦𝘴 / 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘴⁣
⁣
⁣
Educating your clients before and during their fitting appointments makes things x10 easier when it comes on to the refitting stage 💯⁣
⁣
𝗪𝗵𝘆?? 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 ⬇️⁣
⁣
•𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴⁣
•𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲𝘀⁣
•𝗗𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿⁣
•𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿⁣
•𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗽 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻 ⁣
•𝗪𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲!⁣
⁣
Remember to 𝗔𝗟𝗪𝗔𝗬𝗦 fully remove and reapply hair any type of extensions after they’ve been in for a certain time frame. Pushing them up is damaging ❌ and a lazy shortcut! Avoid doing this at all costs 🚫 ⁣
⁣
Maintenance, up keep and aftercare is one of the areas you will learn when you train with us on the day, with a dedicated section also included within our training manuals 📖 ⁣
⁣
⁣

𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 📍The make or break of any set😱
⁣
Mapping + placement is one of the most important elements of your hair extension fittings.
⁣
𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁:⁣
• Hair texture ⁣
• Extension length vs natural length ⁣
• Amount of hair you’re fitting ⁣
⁣
𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻:⁣
• Create seamless results every time ⁣
• Make extensions look as natural as possible ⁣
• Service a wide variety of clients with different hair types ⁣
⁣
If you already have some experience or a complete beginner, there’s still time to learn a new skill and improve the quality of your fittings. So many people learn extensions and struggle with their results due to a lack of understanding / inadequate training. ✨ Let’s level up them skills babe 🥰⁣
