Better support. Stronger outcomes. Proven results 📊

The Profs is the first tutoring company to share three consecutive years of student outcomes (2023-25), broken down by study level and subject. We endeavour to bring greater transparency to the industry and help families make evidence-based decisions. Our results reveal:

📈 The average A-Level student gained +2.0 grades with just 22 hours of tutoring in 2025.
🎯 In 2025, the average student jumped from a C to an A with just 23 hours of tutoring.
🏆 91% achieved A*–B across 2023–25; 67% achieved A*–A in 2025 (2.5x the national average).

In terms of university admissions, a remarkable 99% of our surveyed students secured their first or second choice, and 2 in 3 offers came from a Top 10 UK university!

As our dataset grows, so will our ability to give students and parents personalised insights into the efficacy of one-to-one tutoring.
