Do you ever find yourself: creeping around your own business, fearing when someone is going to catch you out as “a fraud”, telling people you won a client or job “by luck” and claiming you “just winged it” after any achievement or success?
Are you constantly asking yourself WHY anyone would want to: buy your product, use your service or believe what YOU have to say is of any value? - You may be experiencing ‘Imposter Syndrome’. Many start-ups, entrepreneurs, introverts and especially creatives feel that we have to either prove our worthiness or justify our presence in the room. We then find ourselves very sheepishly asking potential clients to trust us and maybe even pay for whatever it is we are selling - whilst questioning if we even trust ourselves!
Join us for ‘I am not an Imposter. I am for Real.’ - with Stallion Minds. Heena will walk and talk us through thought-shifting mind training to challenge and rid of our Imposter Syndrome. Learn practical tips that we can apply today to regain our true inner confidence.
Attendees are armed with better ways to process their thoughts as well as manageable, practical tips to apply today – all whilst having some fun. Improving the experiences of life, both personally and professionally.
About Stallion Minds: Stallion Minds delivers talks and interactive workshops using a preventative approach to identify, preserve and improve the sustainable mental wellbeing of each individual - whilst still promoting high performance. All content tackles the prevention of the three main drivers affecting our mental wellbeing and the quality of our everyday lives: stress, anxiety and depression.
