It was a great pleasure working with this amazing team between Dec 2025 and Jan 2026 to conduct a study entitled "Work-Based Learning (WBL) Situational and Systems Analysis Report: Pathways, Practices and Possibilities for Work-Based Learning in Zambia’s Construction Sector." Commissioned by It International Zambia, we aim to generate system-level evidence to inform policy reform, including the proposed Work-Based Learning Act, and to foster a more inclusive, industry-relevant WBL ecosystem. Our draft report is ready and once validated, we will widely share our findings:) David J Musendo
