13 weeks post-partum π canβt believe how the time has flown π³
Happy to be seeing some progress πͺπ» although I wish it was faster as I feel so impatient this time round and I know I know I should not beat myself up over it π€but here we are π€·π»ββοΈ
Still a ways to go though..this time round the c-section recovery was harder with a toddler but the back & joint pain I had with my son hasnβt made a return in this period ππ» so guessing my body has adapted to the strain.
Looking forward to September where I can train with a bit more consistency as my boy is going to nursery for a few hours ππ» but this will depend on if my little girl allows me time π
