Small group lessons for adults and children from aged 3 years at the Crowne Plaza London Docklands hotel, Aloft Excel Hotel (in the Royal Docks) and Sir John Cass Secondary School in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

Trial Week starts today. For one week only, new children can join us for a £1 trial place with a complimentary assessment — the easiest way to see how we teach before committing.
Your child will be placed according to their ability, age, confidence and developmental stage, so you'll get a genuine feel for the class that's right for them.
Spaces are limited, for children only, first come first served, and Trial Week can't be used alongside any other offer. Running until Sunday 20th September, or until spaces are filled.

How do we decide which class is right for your child? We follow the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme, which looks at more than swimming ability alone.
Alongside what a child can do in the water, we consider their age, confidence, and physical and emotional development.
That's why, for example, a 3 or 4-year-old wouldn't normally swim alongside 7 or 8-year-olds, even if they can perform similar skills - the class needs to suit the whole child, not just the stroke.

We’re expanding our programme this September with new Saturday swimming lessons for children and adults at Crowne Plaza London Docklands.

Children’s group lessons from age 3, including Stages 1–6

September lessons are back. If your child took a break over summer, this is the easiest time to get back into a routine — small groups, instructors in the water, and a clear next step whatever stage they left off at.
Regular classes are running now across Crowne Plaza London Docklands, Aloft Excel Hotel, Stepney All Saints, Royal Wharf, Goodluck Hope and New Providence Wharf.
