**What is Quarterdeck?**
Quarterdeck educates skippers and hosts, teaching them the necessary skills and qualifications for employment with one of our partners.
**Where will I work?**
Skippers and hosts contracted through Quarterdeck can be hired by any of our partners, in places such as Croatia, Montenegro, Greece, BVI, Tahiti, Italy, you name it!

The start of September brought us together for our annual Rosenberg Regatta, celebrating the amazing skippers and hosts who gave their all this season.
This year, we took the competition to Lisbon, and the victory went to the incredible Na Cailíní! Congrats to the champs! ⛵️🏆🎉
